# How to Resolve Issues Completing a Presale

If you encounter an error and are unable to complete the presale when clicking the \[Complete] button on the presale page, please follow these steps to check and resolve the issue:

1. **Check Permissions**:
   * Ensure that you have granted the presale address the permission to add liquidity.
   * On the presale page, next to the token address, click the \[Write Contract] button to grant the presale address the necessary permissions.
2. **Error Persists After Adding Permissions**:
   * If you have added the necessary permissions but still cannot complete the presale, it may be due to an issue with your token contract.
   * You can click the \[Cancel Pool] button on the page to request a refund.
